It takes Chutzpah to Keep Stolen Art

New York, NY: For years, the Herzog family has been asking the Hungarian government to return a valuable art collection that was confiscated by the Nazis and their Hungarian allies during WWll. At least 40 of those works of art are now prominently displayed in the museums and galleries of Budapest.
